📬 Mail, Errands & Concierge in Southwest Florida

Hiring mail, errands & concierge in Southwest Florida

Concierge services help seasonal residents and busy households with errands that don't fit a single trade: forwarding or scanning mail, stocking groceries before you arrive, holding keys, meeting contractors, waiting for deliveries, and arranging services. In Southwest Florida, some home watch companies offer concierge add-ons, and some concierge services also do light home checks. Ask exactly what is included, how pricing works for errands and mileage, and how they document their visits. Because a concierge may hold your keys and codes, look for insurance, bonding, references and a written agreement. Confirm they are cleared for gate access in your community, and set clear rules on who can enter the home and when. Use the listings below to compare local companies, and ask each one for a written estimate before you decide.
